Help patients adhere to their prescribed therapy and make them aware of possible risks while taking multiple medications
Vivy, as a Electronic Health Record (elecktronishe Gesundheitsakte), was required to support the standard format of the German national medication plan (bundeseinheitlichen Medikationsplan), hence the birth of one of Vivy core features, Medication Plan.
